Are you a UK company?
Yes. Jasper IT UK Limited is registered in England and Wales (company number 17442009). You contract with and are invoiced by the UK company, in pounds sterling.
How is the UK office connected to Jasper IT in the US?
We're the UK office of Jasper IT, which has worked with businesses from Houston, Texas since 2010. UK clients benefit from the same team, process and experience, with a local company and support in UK hours.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the number of pages and features. After our first call we'll give you a written timeline with a date for each of the five project steps, so you know exactly when to expect your launch.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. We build on easy-to-use content management systems and show you how to edit text, images and pages. If you'd rather not, we can make changes for you as part of a care plan.
Can you take over hosting for my existing website?
Usually, yes. We'll check your current setup, move your site and email with minimal downtime, and handle the domain transfer if you need it.
Do you handle GDPR and cookie consent?
We build sites with UK GDPR in mind: secure forms, privacy-friendly analytics options and cookie consent where it's needed. We'll flag anything you should review with your legal adviser.
